It’s late at night and you are diligently searching for interesting co-op roles for the fall term. You have a perfect resume and your cover letter has been reviewed by CBCD – and then you see a note in OSCARplus – Please apply with your resume, cover letter and transcript(s).
What transcript is the employer asking for?
With Phase One recruitment underway, you will most likely be applying for a few roles that request grade submissions. Best practice for this request is to include your first term MBA marks (Fall 2012), as well as your final year of undergraduate studies. This does not require students to upload original, formal university transcripts.
As OSCARplus will only accept one transcript file per application, it is important that you create a single PDF document to include both sets of grades (a chart or list is acceptable, including the course title and your final grade).
But I’ve already submitted applications and only provided my first term MBA marks – what now?
Don’t worry! If an employer comes back to CBCD with a request for any additional grades, you will be notified immediately by email.
